The interview goes for aprox 45min. Covers a lot with his nutrition, training and supp theories along with talk of what went down with Millamar and her sister  :o

ha Listen to it! This is a few days old and talks about his good friend Luke Wood being like a brother to him at the start of the interview... It's amazing how things change in just a few days  :-\

Oh yeah of course I just mean he had no idea what would happen to Luke in a few days as Milos only found out today.
