Probably get more for your money through this guy than the thousands you'd pay this kunt and her team of shills.

Well, I guess you can be mad at him; however, should you be more mad at him OR the people who pay him? He throws out a price and people pay him. Shit, if I looked like him, I would do the same. Why not make money off your physique (no G4P)? If he can draw in that kind of money, good for him!

if that's true, then it's not bad, if he'll take on the risk of overseas shipping and have it delivered to you.  i guess $400 is just a risk fee, which is understandable.

p.s. i realize this guy isn't promoting himself as a drug source, we're all just guessing here.

JOHN MEADOWS.

BTW, THE GEAR SOURCES ARE ALL DOMESTIC.

ALL PREP GURUS ARE DRUG PUSHERS TO A DEGREE, OR REALLY MOSTLY.

I KNOW ABOUT 6-7 GUYS USING A VARIETY...ALL OF THEM HAVE SUGGESTED DRUGS. I KNOW 3 GUYS USING ALEX AZARIAN, 2 SHELBY, 1 MEADOWS AND 1 MATT KROC. GH15 IS EXPOSING THEM ALL REALLY.

$400 IS CHEAP BUT FOR 12 WEEKS? TO AN AVERAGE JOE? THE SAME JOES HERE THAT STRUGGLE TO GET 3 KITS OF GH WILL BE ABLE TO AFFORD THIS?

Most of these online prep guys aren't drug sources, there are just gullible idiots out there that will pay 400-1200 or whatever because they are too insecure to do their own prep.

Now at the high level like Haney, etc maybe there.

NO, BELIEVE ME. THEY'LL SAY DO X DIET, X TRAINING, X CARDIO BUT IF U WANT BETTER RESULTS THERE'S CLEN, T3, TEST, MASTERON, ETC. IN ADDITION THATLL GET U THERE FASTER.(ASSUMING UR CUTTING)

weightlifting ain't that hard to learn

Apparently it has been for you. Weightlifting is a sport, as in Olympic weightlifting. What bodybuilders (and a majority of you) do is weight train (progressive resistance training).

How do you know? You never seen me train nor have you seen me period.
Weightlifting was pretty simple before people saw a way to make money with it, now its a million training plans all promise something different - its ridicules.
Lift hard but smart for 45min a day 4 days a week - how hard to learn can that be?

Fair enough, but ... you're missing my point. Weightlifting is a sport, and I doubt you compete in this sport or actively pursue advancement in it. Does your training focus on the snatch and clean and jerk lifts?

Olympic lifting (weightlifting) is HIGHLY technical. I have been weight training and powerlifting (and have competed as both a bodybuilder and a powerlifter) for over two decades. I know a lot about the sport of weightlifting, but I have never trained in the style (except for fucking around here and there) and know zero about training to compete as one.

What I meant to say is - Want to play Basketball or icehockey well you need to train quite a bit and need at least a bit of talent.
Now lets not kid ourself here, lifting weights isn't really that hard to learn nor do you need to have an acual talent to do it - obviously when you want to go beyond just lifting weights is a completly different matter but we are talking about the raw sport of weightlifting - the stuff that 99% of people do (including myself).

The "raw sport of weightlifting" is practiced by almost no one who engages in weight training. To "lift a weight" as almost all who walk into a gym do, is to, again, engage in weight training.

And lifting weights for health, fitness and muscular gain is indeed a tough skill, judging from the multitudes of knobs I have seen during the past two decades of training in commercial gyms.

if you dont know a lot about prep and dieting then it's 400$ well spent.

think of it as going to school for 3 months- whatever you learn you can re- apply time and again and always get the same result.

LOL.

DUDE'S GOT GOOD ARTICLES THOUGH, REALLY INSIGHTFUL STUFF. BUT THAT ENTIRE SITE IS SO FULL OF SHIT.THE 6 WEEK SUPPLY OF IGF3 IS THE EQUIVALENT OF 4 KITS OF GH THAT CAN LAST MUCH LONGER.

U GOT PEOPLE SACRIFICING A LOT TO PAY FOR HIS SERVICES OR SHELBYS, IG3, AND THEIR WHOLE ANACONDA PROTOCOL. ITS LIKE HOW MUCH A REAL BODYBUILDER SACRIFICES ON THE WAY TO THE TOP OF THE IFBB PROS WITH GEAR.

He is 5'6"(according to bodybuilding.com) but looks a lot shorter. Perhaps its the way the camera angle is (pointed downwards) pointed which is making him look like he is 4'3"

$400 is dirt cheap. I wouldn't call myself some sort of guru by any means and I charge at a minimum twice that unless it's web based but then it's still higher than $400. My rate has been the same for a few years, 16wks, $500 for web based, $800 for standard, $1,200 in many cases and all possible expenses paid for, i.e. travel, hotel, etc. You'd be surprised at how many people pay it and I'm cheaper than most.

The idea is so you don't waste your time. Most people cannot see themselves in a true light and by most I actually do mean most. I wouldn't put in all the time and effort for a show without someone's eyes to help. It's funny though, most guys usually have to taste some disappointment before you work with them, most assume they're different and that they can see themselves objectively and normally have to go through a couple shows before they are humble enough to admit they need some help. Most girls do not seem to have this problem.

actually i went to a nutritionist for my first show. i don;t go by the calipers but  he checked my bf reg. the idea for me was if the calipers were pinching less on my stomach a lower back (where i hold most of my fat) we knew i was on track

I have no idea how anyone can think $400 for 12 weeks is expensive.

I spent $400 for 10 weeks to rehab a sports hernia.  Surgeon told me to do nothing for 10 weeks.  Trainer said "fuck that" and started me with deadlifts on day one.   After 10 weeks I had 100lbs on my deadlift and 50 lbs on my bench.  Money well spent.

But, to put in in perspective, the gym I currently go to costs about 3 grand for 10 weeks.   $100 a session, 3x week.  I would never consider paying that, but it shows how cheap the approx $33 a week the thread title is.

you must understand how it is in bodybuild friends,,

a bodybuild work when it come to salary  by applying a simple formula,, the formula is this

how many iu gh i need a day = how many kits i need to order = how many kits nordic may give me for a good price if i can bring more money to the order = the amount i will charge for the stupid fella for his or her prep or training

this is how bodybuikld think,, and this is how guru think because guru is bodybuild in a way ,, not all look like one but all want to be one and some just want the gh for clients so they are seen as the main diff maker in client life

it reraly nothing to do with training simona blackbery,, it is more of getting enough cheecheeing so the order of gh can flow with no stop and have enough to use ,, becaus emoment out of gh is moment no more bodybuild look ,,

this is what guru become as of 2011

you dont need no oen when you have bible here ,,and if you realy want one YOU BE HIM,, some personel train who do it from love do not chareg no 1500 1200 600 dolaros they chareg 30 dolaros a sesion 300 dolaros 10 session ,, this would be resonable prices for youngsters who want to be trained to be bodybuild,, but no as i said there is suply and damand around gh need,, the all thinking is not making a living,, no one make a damn living out of nothin gin average bodybuild ,, it is all in the hormone supply you can get for the money you make from the dumb client besicaly everything is thought in terms of number of kits

I prep a good amount of local BB, figure, bikini and MP that live in my area. This is the only way I will do it, face to face. I have been competing since 1984 and do it for the love of the game. Just like I coach AAU basketball for free in the Summer. I chage $ 250 for the prep and that includes discussing training, diet and supps. I meet with each athlete at least once a week for 30 minutes each X 10 weeks. I charge more if they want to train regular. Most guy know how to train if they are competing, so they just need guidence and a good eye.

Bboy was working with Mountaindog (jm).
he has a very interesting and effective way of dieting , it is health issues as well.

If you do not want to spend the money , you can read his posts and website and watch his videos.

By listening to him i changed my family's diet and it works well health wise , as my youngest had some health issues.

let me make this easy on you...
if you don't know anything about contest prep...
go to google and search for "contest prep diet"
pick anyone you like and cut the food in half (the food is doubled in those articles to make it look it's tough and bodybuilders are hard workers who are meticulous... LOL)
go to any juice head in the gym who doesn't read forums and ask him what kind of gear gets you cut? take all of what he suggests
add gh and all the fat burners you can
train til you get tired

tada!
where's my $400?

you must understand how it is in bodybuild friends,,

a bodybuild work when it come to salary  by applying a simple formula,, the formula is this

how many iu gh i need a day = how many kits i need to order = how many kits nordic may give me for a good price if i can bring more money to the order = the amount i will charge for the stupid fella for his or her prep or training

this is how bodybuikld think,, and this is how guru think because guru is bodybuild in a way ,, not all look like one but all want to be one and some just want the gh for clients so they are seen as the main diff maker in client life

it reraly nothing to do with training simona blackbery,, it is more of getting enough cheecheeing so the order of gh can flow with no stop and have enough to use ,, becaus emoment out of gh is moment no more bodybuild look ,,

this is what guru become as of 2011

you dont need no oen when you have bible here ,,and if you realy want one YOU BE HIM,, some personel train who do it from love do not chareg no 1500 1200 600 dolaros they chareg 30 dolaros a sesion 300 dolaros 10 session ,, this would be resonable prices for youngsters who want to be trained to be bodybuild,, but no as i said there is suply and damand around gh need,, the all thinking is not making a living,, no one make a damn living out of nothin gin average bodybuild ,, it is all in the hormone supply you can get for the money you make from the dumb client besicaly everything is thought in terms of number of kits

I guess you would know.....lol

I prep a good amount of local BB, figure, bikini and MP that live in my area. This is the only way I will do it, face to face. I have been competing since 1984 and do it for the love of the game. Just like I coach AAU basketball for free in the Summer. I chage $ 250 for the prep and that includes discussing training, diet and supps. I meet with each athlete at least once a week for 30 minutes each X 10 weeks. I charge more if they want to train regular. Most guy know how to train if they are competing, so they just need guidence and a good eye.

QFT!
I prep a few guys every year as well, and this is what most need.
An unpartial set of eyes to guide their progress.

Lets not forget also that many guys in this "sport" are so insecure and as the contest come closer your role gets more like that of a mental coach.

I dont like the word guru..there are no secrets to diet and drugs, but i am amazed every time how many of these competitors have no clue at all.

Lastly, most of them will blame the coach when they  fail even if they did a halfassed job...but if they do good it was all their doing  ;D

I have hired John Meadows and Shelby Starnes.  Shelby is all about diet and training.  He will give drug advice but only if you ask.  The advice he gave me was pretty basic and I am sure that is because my build was very basic.  He certainly does not give out a source.  I was hoping he would but no.

John is known for his workout routines.  It is a very high intensity high volume style.  It is very intense.  Trust me he will be having you do things that most guys would never do on their own.  I never even asked John about drugs and he never offered any drug advise.

tanji is cheaper, and smarter, and can help you work on your cardio and flexibility.  plus if you are good enough, you might convince her to have a relationship with you.

I like John's articles on nutrition and diet over at t-nation.com and he's got some interesting ideas about training too

Great info and free too

btw - $400 for 12 weeks of personal training/diet info seems pretty damn reasonable to me
