I encourage you to all go out and grab a copy of Muscle and Performance (free at Vitamin Shoppe) with Phil Heath on the cover this month and read how "Due to great genetics and hard work, he was able to go from his first bodybuilding contest to winning his first NPC show 6 months later"  ::).
