I have been using rest pause in my training lately....and really like this style of training.
Let's discuss!

Last eve....
hammer incline 270 for 9 reps.....rest pause 270 for 2 reps......rest pause 270 for 1 rep.....followed by one more rest pause....barely squeezed out a 1/2 rep.....slow negative.
then i moved over to incline flyes......great pump!!!

Your not doing true rest pause. Sounds like your doing extended reps/sets. But if working for you, than great! Good Luck.

I like rest/pause with some Exercises too. Barbell curls i enjoy it.. :-*

I think the manor dc suggests it is very impracticle unless you have a team of spotters or use hammer strength machines/smith but the smith machine is such a pain in the ass to set up for movments I hate it. Even someone rest pause incline benching 300 is dangerous with out good competent spotters. Some movments lend themselves to this better such as chins and arm movements but not many of the big bang compounds do.
