That weight is too heavy and resultantly will be unproductive for the skinny dude with the tats. All he is doing is damaging his joints, tendons and ligaments.
There won't be any muscle growth for him until he lowers the amount of weight and learns to control the exercises. Dugdale? Ahem... well, he has two advantages: Assistance and extra size.

I thought they did a really good job on their back. Kinda motivated me a lot as I trained back today as well and wasnt really feeling the bent over rows too much. Needs more improvement, and I think they perfomed that exercise pretty good in this video. Cant afford to have a "so so" workout you know.

That is neither bodybuilding or Powerlifting. All that is (is) stupidly lifting weight that is damaging in so many ways. You obviously understand neither.
Powerlifters have techniques and calculated processes for getting stronger. Tat boy is not an example of either.
He looks like the typical tard at the gym who thinks that tearing his body apart is somehow going to make him stronger.

The problem is with these guy's egos.
If Mark were to perform Dorian's back program with Dorian's form then he would be much weaker than he thinks he is.
His ego wouldn't be able to take it. The irony is that Yates admits he trained heavier and looser before 1994 and actually used lighter weights from 1995 onwards. Yet his back continued to improve...

Let's not forget that Kris is brother in iron, a successful business savvy, bodybuiding enthusiast whose calved a generous slice of the pie for himself and family. I can't help but detect a hint of jealousy for a man whose transformed his body and back account. Don't be bitter, he's just better.

I agree. Removing the ego while working out is a great benefit to getting better results. I myself have learned the ability to free myself from any ego when training as well. I focus more on mind contact with the muscle and performance techniques combined with training as hard/best as possible. I feel by staying humble, my workouts are a lot better. Its easier said than done though and sometimes you just get carried away trying to lift as heavy weights as possible, not caring so much about the performance itself. But either way, as long as your feeling your muscles being worked it is OK. I think that is whats most important.
I do respect Dorian though for having such an humble approach to the weights and little to no ego while working out. That is honesty right there. I often tried to replicate his style of working out, but I really dont like the negative motion of each rep part too much, and use a more upbeat tempo instead than what Dorian does/did.
