Hi guys
So I am pretty new to using supplements and I am trying to start a cutting cycle. In the past I have had a 4 week cycle of Animal Cuts which seemed to yield some results (10lbs lost). I am 5'10'' 185lbs medium frame and I am looking to burn some fat and bolster my metabolism. I was hoping to get some advice here on what supplements I should try with a low-carb, calorie diet around 1600 cal/day with cardio at least 3 days a week.
So far I have done Muscle Milk light (100 cal per serving) pre-workout and Animal cuts. But maybe there are better supplements that I could add to enhance my fat burning. I am open to suggestions to what I should do. I usually do cardio only as I am focusing on losing weight/fat that I have been unable to burn for many years (I used to be a fat kid in high school... but came down from 260lbs to 185lbs in the past couple of years thanks to dieting and exercising).

I would suggest avoiding the supplements altogether. Most of them aside from vitamins, minerals, and some good protein supplements are crap. Key word is they are supplements and not anything to completely rely on. Instead figure out how your body responds to cardio and different types of foods.
For example, you said that you do cardio 3 days a week. But are you doing cardio for 20 mins? 45 mins? an hour? Also what is your heart rate? You need to keep an elevated heart rate for your age range for at least 20 mins to get any good effect. Search the net and you will find lots of information on heart rate ranges by age, etc. Also in general if you want more of an effect do more cardio activity. Maybe try 4 or even up to 6 days a week. Or if your doing 20 mins up it to 40 for your 3 days. I hope that makes sense.
Also your calories seem pretty low. I think you need around 1200 for women and about 1500 for men just to function. It is also possible you are taking in too little by eating 1600 then creating a deficit further by working out. You don't want to go into that starvation mode or your body will try to hang onto everything it can. The only time this seems to not be true is when you are very overweight / obese. It seems the body will do ok when in obese mode as there is way more than enough fat reserves.
Lastly look at where your calories come from. Everyone responds a little different to various foods. So track what you eat and weigh yourself regularly. I hope that helps. Good job on coming down from 260!

Additionally, when are you doing your cardio? First thing in the morning on empty stomach is best. Drink a black cup of coffee, wait 15 minutes and have at it!

1/2 cup oats ( no milk,use artificial sweetener)
12 oz. water
Meal # 2 :
1 can water packed tuna (plain)
lg. green salad (with fat-free dressing......... should only contain 3 gms. of sugar or less)
12 oz. water
Meal # 3 :
5 oz. boneless skinless chicken breast
1 baked potato (use "I Can`t Believe It`s Not Butter" spray)
1-2 cups green beans
12 oz. water
Meal # 4 :
Same as Meal # 3
Meal # 5 :(Pre-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
Meal # 6 :(Post-Workout)
1 scoop whey in H2O
1/4 to 1/2 cup plain oats
Meals 5 + 6 should be placed pre and post workout respectively
Do 30-45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week after training and on off days (use an inclined treadmill.............si mply walk at a good pace varying the speed and the level of incline throughout)
