I posted some pics about 2 months ago... my weight is down to about 248 now and I have tightened up a bit. Still off season, but I think the post contest rebound water weight is gone, I made some cycle adjustments, and my hunger is down a bit... any feedback is good feedback and yes i know, it's the thunderdome bitch!!

Current Diet on a perfect day:
Meal 1
1 Large Container Liquid Egg Whites
2 cans Pineapple juice
2 Cups oatmeal or 2 dunkin donuts depending if I am in a rush for work
Meal 2
10 oz. chicken, beef or Fish
2 cups rice or 2 potatoes
Meal 3
10 oz. chicken, beef or fish
2 PB& J sandwiches (I eat these a lot for carbs actually)
Meal 4
Repeat of meal 2 or 3
Meal 5 (Post Workout)
Half Pint of Ice Cream
3 scoops protein powder or large container of egg whites
Meal 6
Chicken, rice, and black beans plate from a local restaurant
Meal 7
Same as Meal 5
- I dont always get 7 meals in. At least 5 though every day. The 6th meal I listed is usually the on I'll miss if any.
- I eat a lot of bananas too.
- I don't hold off on any junk if i want it.
- Cheat meals are whenever I see fit. Again, what I listed is a perfect day, but in reality, this perfect day only happens 3-4 times per week.

First 16 weeks post contest cycle:
2cc Test (varied between Sust, Cyp, and Enanth depending on what I had) mon, weds, fri
1cc Deca mon, weds, fri
1 cc Masteron mon, weds, fri
5 iu GH either split AM/PM or 5 iu shot IV post workout.

youre a very big conditioned fella,, why arent you competing,, i dont get it you got here 250lb fellas sitting 7-8% and they dont go on stage lol only on getbig lol ,,you are VERY BIG and quality big

New cycle started this week:
2.5 CC's Test (again varying types) mon, weds, fri
1 cc EQ mon, tues, weds, thurs, fri
Run this for all 16 weeks
5 iu GH per day for weeks 1-4
GH pulled at beginning of week 5 and tren goes in at 1 cc per day mon, tues, weds, thurs, fri until week 12
Tren comes out at beginning of week 13 and I will blast 20 iu's of GH per day for last 4 weeks of cycle
Masteron as needed for anti-estrogen
I may throw in some anadrol toward the end too.

Yes I compete. I competed in my 1st show in May. I was told I need to grow my upper body and I am gonna take a big offseason and do Eastern USA's in 2012.
Any advice you can give me is appreciated! I read the bible quite a bit :).

you hold lots of water,, but you are large and lean,, it is pretty good ,, get the back little better and you will do very well
the advice i give you is to improve back....but over all very good ,, good potential to go very far

Thanks! Any advice for widening the back out? Drug or training tips that will help? I notice the EQ has definitely helped cap my delts more...

hammers hammers hammers pull down with hammer machines with plates of 45s each side,, also chin ups or cable pull down close grip,, also lay on bench angled 45 degrees tits facing bench lol,, its uncomfortable but its ok ,, and do dumbel raw with both arms from the sideit will work your middle back thickness and detail ,,
lower back do goodmornings and anything else you like,, work the muscle ...you should be good ,,lots of size eventhough there is lots of water you hold there you hold tons of water ...still conditioned and thick bodybuilder,, shoudl do well

can do deads too,, it just that i like small waists....i believe deads will increase your waist size ,, it can stil be done and its good but for advance bodybuild...can go around it

Yeah, I do deads, but I will start the other exercises you reccomend as well. My back workouts as of now are pretty heavy and basic. I have a waistline issue, but I have started training with a belt and the GH has been keeping it in check too.

tdongz would look similar to you if he shaved his rug and learned how to pose. similar arm/shoulder chest structure.

I'm no guru, but keep the weight off in the off season. You look really good at this stage in the game. What do you plan to compete at?

Try a Saturated Yellow on the walls or even a Haint Blue depending on your location.

Thanks runningmom! I'll be 25 this November, so just shy of 26 when I compete again. Not sure what I'll compete at. I was 218 last time, but held water for sure, so If I can be 5 lbs bigger and DRY at 4-5% then thatd be great, but I'll just be going off the mirror, not the scale.

Thanks bro! GH is very powerful... I have been on for 4 months now and have tightened my training belt 3 notches. I feel like some days I'm trying to get fat, but I just can't... I understand why gh15 says you better be getting in the calories if you are gonna do tren and gh together!

Lots of test and GH will do that. I mean as far as making you look smaller than what you weigh.

No, I don't look my weight, but that will come with time in the gym, and after more years on the goodies. Gh15 said it best, I'm holding a TON of water. I need more conditioned muscle for sure, but that's what I'm working on kids :).
