Title: George Farah and his guidelines - lets sum it up
Post by: deceiver on September 06, 2011, 01:19:01 PM
Sometimes sound too good to be true...

Let's just sum up what have been said:

 - More carbs
 - Less drugs
 - Less cardio
 - No dnp or other harsh fat burners
 - His "athletes" show much better condition after his supervision

Is just me or this does not fucking add up? Let's just add the fact that he was proven to be a liar and scum before.

drugs

He claims he has his guys eat more food, and do almost no cardio

B-boy used George in the past and posted examples of his methods. That's pretty much what it was.

This guy is a total snakeoil salesman.  He "trains" a buddy of mine and has him running at least 3g's of test a week.

Less drugs................... .......oh brother

He claims he has his guys eat more food

"More food doesn't equate more calories"

He limits fat to the trace amounts found in oatmeal and chicken breast.

You can quite literally double up on your carbs if your eating an extremely small amount of fat.

You can eat lb's of spinach per day if you really can't handle the hunger pangs.

the best tip for getting over hunger pangs is shoveling mountains of boiled (or microwaved from frozen) spinach down your neck and guzzling large amounts of diet soda. Sure it's not healthy but you won't be pacing around the house in a mood because you've got "Hunger anxiety", staring at "Food porn" threads on bodybuilding forums.

More carbs compared to what?  Keto?  That could work fine if you cut the fats way down, or if the metabolism is slowed way down from long term keto or restricted carbs.
