He doesn't need the Congress to bring the troops home.

You do realize that its impossible to "just bring them home" and it would take years and years. Afghanistan was the deadliest for Americans, there is no indication that we are ready to pull out just yet. I don`t think Ron Paul would even think about doing it, especially if he had access to all of the information.
