sometimes injures make themselves apparent days after they happen, the other week I hurt my shoulder and I think the rotator cuff, well two days later I'm like fuck it I will just go do calves and some hammer curls on the preacher, two days later my shoulder hurts if I touch and just now I am feeling something werid going on in the lat on the same side, I originally straight my rotator cuff doing lat pull downs
