I got a pear shaped body. I've put on some pounds around the belly and ass this last month. I need to eat good always, but I need some discipline these next 5 months. I look ok no homo but am very hard on myself. I look like shit.

I like chicken dishes but they fittingly last 1 or 2 days I don't have the time or a bitch to cook. ... so I do like eating beef no homo.

I get so fucking hungry at night
during the day Ill eat some lean ground beef dish/steak, lately some pork steaks too ... some fruit[blueberries grapes] during the day. I always eat a banana in the morning. carrots, spinach, grape tomatoes .. I find late at night I'll eat potato chips or brownies or cookies. so it fucks with every thing. I eat fairly clean during the day. but those late night snacks fuck with me. I need some kind of replacement for that.

When eating clean: brown rice, white rice, chicken, steak, tuna, egg whites, diet soda. When eating like a normal person the same as before but also cheese, bread, fries, fried eggs, fried rice (I fucking love it), yogurt, and also a dish called "guatita".

If you want to drop weight buy oatmeal, chicken, brown rice, vegtables, natural peanut butter, lean beef and some fruit. After a few weeks of that you will start burning fat.

Oh yeah, and ice cream.
I stick to this ultra-clean diet year round.

There are plenty of sugary supplements that double as "protein sources". Just have a shake or two at night.

the costochondritis? going alright went to physio twice this week and got stretched out after all that i'm thinking of just getting a foam roller, hot water bottle and some diff exercise bands and saying fuck physio.

stop eating fruit during the day, just stick with protein and veggies. then at night youll be able to eat whatever you want and you wont get fat.

haha no I got narrow shoulders and thick legs. proportions suck. after years of lifting I've evened it out but my ass and stomach gain fat easily.
