ill have breaks here and there for some good fruit juice but i find in the morning its pointless to lift heavy weights or even do pushups or pullups, however i can do them but the thing is i need way to much rest in between sets since they are rather taxing without caffiene or stimulants its just too much mental and physical effort to keep up that pace
im thinking of just repping 40 pounds total constantly. i find my heart rate stays elevated just find , without the wait being too heavy to a point to where i get bored lifting a heavy weight in the morning rather fast and i dont like that
i find with the lighter weight it doesnt burden my mind as much however i feel it in my muscles very much so and have more desire to do lots and lots of reps after all i do notice alot of 80's bodybuilders lifting light probably because it allows them to stay mentally focused because NOT too heavy ALL AT ONCE can kill motivation
