HAHAH, just joking kids. He will invest it in real estate because market is low right now in US and prices somewhat down.

Or maybe he even buys a bigger apartment building in China and rents those apartments on huge margin for hard-working Chinese. He will home a 35% annual profit, not counting the profit he gets from rise of the value when finally selling the building.
