Don't laugh at Seagal, I heard he used the "calorie is a calorie" diet to get in shape for this movie.

btw bought the disc few weeks back,haven't got time to watch it...i bought it after seeing him in predators...i mean danny trejo

LOVED the women in it though. Especially Michelle Rodriguez !!!!!!!!!!!! She's my fav. !!!!!!!!!
