IF I eat nothing but cheap shit I can get by with $50 a week, eating smart but well about $100 a week, and if you include take out anywhere between $200-300 a week.  Food's gotta alot more expensive over the past ten  years it has nothing to do with bodybuilding just obscure fact of economics.

The price of beef milk and chicken, and most food are tied to the price of gas, most food's of that sort have doubled in price in the last ten years and that excluding inflation.

It's an obscure fact of printing money backed by nothing but the most powerful army.

Inflation is an additional TAX on everyone. Very few people understand the very simple concept of supply and demand with regards to a FRN (Federal reserve note). They continually add money to the supply, thus making your FRN worth less.

This is the absolute most important aspect of the entire GLOBE. Once the "Federal" reserve is abolished, only than can human society evolve into a utopia, until then famine and a lower standard of living will be felt by all.

It acts as a tax, thats the idea, they need to keep people from hoarding money, and it works quite well in keeping capital in the economy. Anyhow all the ZeitGeist stuff aside, to anyone keeping track of their dollars food has gotten nuts expensive. Even food that aren't too strongly effected by the price of oil, are going up considerably even rice.
