Jay had a biceps issue, and Phil brought his lifetime best - and still, none of us would have been surprised if Jay won the title last time. It was still fairly close.
If Phil comes in off at the India show, and Jay comes in 100% shape - Who gets the title?

When Jay and I spoke and talked about the Mumbai Show, I mentioned that Mr. O always wins Grand Prix and after Olympia shows except Gunther in GNC in 02...All im sYing is Jay agreed. ;D

Actually, it'd be cool to see Jay win. It'll encourage him to compete again in the O next year and create a deeper rivalry between him and Phil.

Once Phil won the Olympia that's it. Even if the '09 Jay showed up, the judges are eating up the Phil hype. Now that Phil won, he's suddenly one of the greatest bodybuilders of all-time.

Wiggs I could care less about your convo with Jay. I must say I laugh everytime I read this dribble that comes out of your mouth about this secret convo. You just happened to bump into Jay and Phil and they had absolutely nothing better to do than sit and chat with the great Wiggs for a while and it was just such a lengthy and in depth convo that it would clearly be too much for you to post on here. Just like old time friends. Be honest, Jay, Phil, and you go waaaayyyy back and you didn't bump into them at Golds! No, you had them over for a pre-olympia dinner, you talked about all your life long secrets, and really it was nothing, because you guys are more like family than friends. LOL. Your posts kill me sometimes hahaha.

240, I've known Jay for a good number of years and have a lot of respect for him and what he's accomplished, so don't read into the following statement as a 'hater' by any means......
But I was at the prejudging and sat pretty close up front and have to disagree with your "still fairly close" statement regarding the battle between Cutler and Heath.
When the judges called them both out for side by side comparisons it was very evident to those in my vicinity that Phil was the better man that night (Friday).
In fact Phil was so much better ..... we wondered why the judges even felt a need for side by sides.
Furthermore a few of bodybuilders in my area simply felt that the judges were comparing Jay with Phil in a useless attempt to throw the fans off track .... meaning that we felt that Jay rightfully deserved a 3rd or even a 4th place tabulation that evening ... and were comparing Jay with Phil to merely throw us off guard in forecasting the eventual amd official results.
Actually there were very few in the stands that night who thought that Jay was good enough to beat Phil or even get placed as high as 3rd. Some even said, "4th".
So I, personally, don't think it was close at all. In my opinion Phil was the overall winner by far.
BUT .... I did not make it to the finals on Saturday night so the situation could have changed ... BUT I sort of forget if the Prejudging Score Sheets can be changed at the finals ... or was that Olympia decision made on Friday and thereafter un-alterable.

I threw out a number that wasnt too big or too small to see if you or others are willing to out their moneu where their mouth is...I dont lie on here, I keep it 100% true. Sensitive yes, cause assholes have been saying i was making it up cause i didnt sit and type the whole convo. so i throw in tidbits from our convo here and there.

Jay is a very soft-spoken but "talkative" guy when he's done with his workout and Wiggs is well know and respected at Gold's.
And when you've been around this game for a while, it's no big deal to have a conversation with the top pros and then pass parts of that conversation on to guys and gals such as yourself who seldom have the opportunity to carry on a conversation with someone who has accomplished something.
I think that it was Wiggs' intent to pass on bits of info that he felt would be of interest to GetBiggers who are somewhat interested in bodybuilding and not as an attempt to make himself look important to you or anyone else.

In regards to the Phil vs. Jay battle coming up, I think Phil will beat Jay but that's a wild guess on my part simply because small details are so damn critical when long trips to contest sites are involved.
And any competitor who has a meal or two prepared and served by any airlines is merely asking for trouble.
And that's only one of those 'small details' mentioned above.

The tough guy board, put your money where your mouth is lol. I was being friendly and making a joke to another board member. I have never once gone at anybody on this board directly nor do I plan to. Wiggs got sensitive and perceived what I said differently. Notice in my writing how I was laughing the whole way through. Settle down kids, not that serious.

Unlikely , because as the new Mr O , Heath has set the new criteria on conditioning , (and a bit of size).Its not just size anymore , its quality and flow and aesthetics
The idea is to knock out the champ(MR O)
Cuts cannot beat heath on conditioning.If heath is same as the O , he will win.Even if Cutler came like 09 , his back is still fuck.And cuts 09 condition still dont out condition Phil "3-D" HEATH
