I aim to pull off 185 ripped which would put me in the top class for Lifetime Naturals. I have been 175 and very ripped and since that weight, I have changed a few things and have gained a bit of muscle. 180 is a given and my target is 185. Right now I am 194 and very lean.

My arms are 19, nearly 20. big difference. No certainly slender arms from what I have seen in previous pics. They are a weak point but their lankiness crossed over well to a good deadlift!

It was...when i was natty i was actually 250+, but i carried a LOT more water and fat than i thought i did because i held my shape pretty good, it was very deceiving....
I got on tren and test and went down to 230 in a month....and now i'm putting weight back on, but staying lean...I went from a guy who had no problem getting big,but i guess softer than i thought....now i'm a guy who has to eat like a horse to put size on, but I can...fucking weird...tren is the damndest thing

No sides anymore...when i first got on, hell yeah...night sweats, insomnia, anxiety....the whole 9. then i guess my body got acclimated to it because I'm fine now.
I do one shot on monday, one on friday...diet is OK....I don't eat like shit... and i try and keep my clean protein intake high...but not "Dante" high LOL

so with tren you still can eat like a horse and get lean, you dont need to diet down even when you are use tren alone (no gh)?

The last time he trained with any consistency he was on dbol. He gave up training for decades. Now he thinks he will get into the same shape as when he won the Mr. Canada and was "on". Which means he has to go back on the sauce.
