Some fit people for sure.  But the women's division  :P .  Damn, some nice legs and thighs on these bitches.

Nope, bunch of morons.  All of his reps were mostly from momentum, thus pretty much eliminating the majority of resistance from the exercise.  Of course the wacky movements are a delicious recipe for rhabdomyolysis which he'll find out one day when he's taking a leak and black urine comes out.... ::)

How about this....All reps mostly from "momentum" ::)....causing a breakdown in mechanics resulting in injury not to mention the possibility of Rhabdo. Fuck Vince....seriously?

it is even possible those are 10kg discs on the barbell and those idiots are going all hardcore on the 40kg barbell
