It's nothing more than critic. Tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of peoples have suffered because of American sick policy of constantly attacking the weakest ones.
Bruce is doing that in this song. Criticizing.
Ask those innocent poor people in poor countries whose families, loved ones have died because of USA spreading sum' democracy if it's hate when someone criticizes the attacker.
