Title: So this dude at the gym asked me if I was using synthol in arms today
Post by: Bam-bam on September 23, 2011, 08:54:46 PM: I dont think they are looking oiled up? I thnk his comment was more related to the size then to the shape itself. Funny thing is my arms are smaller then some months ago but I had lost so much fat and water as well that they are poping like crazy now (growing lean is the shit, gh15 once again hit the nail on the head!)

Well, I think they are getting so big that they are sort of taking on not a normal shape to them (especially in 2nd pic)

Post by: Bam-bam on September 23, 2011, 09:07:21 PM: haha cool. Around 6 weeks ago I got them meausred at 49.7cm after a couple arm warm up sets. Then after 20-30 minutes of intense arm training the same guy measured it right at 52 cm (think its 21 inches). Since then I got considerabily smaller but only lost water and fat mostly but I know I lost some size because my shirts got looser at every part. These shots I took today after arm training after 30 minutes or so of finishing it so I had at least a good half inch of pump in them still (and veins still on fire too). I would guess they are around 50 cm (20 inches) in those pics. But my bf level is much level in my arms are much lower then in the rest of my body so Im getting a neat effect on them!
