Come diet time, it's time to swap long esters and go test prop, tren ace, masteron short ester, you get the idea.
My question is, how detrimental are long esters towards your dieting, does it really slow the rate at which you lose fat?
I know it makes you hold water, but does holding water make you hold fat?

It doesnt make any difference..
Maybe if youre going "on stage"..then they "might" matter, last few weeks.
If youre just dieting and have long esters, theres no point, youre gonna look awesome either way.

I figured as much, going to get down to 6 -8 percent, and see where to go from there, wanted to make sure longer esters wouldn't prolong the whole process.
