Thank goodness.  The fans got to see him in Mumbai, and he was able to put off surgery for the torn biceps.

Great dedication.  One of the feelgood stories of the year, overcoming such an injury.

I do like the new passive-aggressive 240. It's not the old, laugh-out-loud 240, but it's better than the tired 240 and shows there's still some life left in him. Hang in there, buddy. It gets better.  ;D

Jay cutler stated that he strained his biceps while picking up an 125lb dumbell 11 days prior to olympia.He said that he didnt experience any pain but there is an surgery scheduled after the Asia trip.

A real athlete knows when to back off in case of an injury like that. Very wise of him to train around that muscle tear...

Jay donīt talk much. A refrigator should stay closed. He can read the instruction manual, or Kerry take it out before naptime. He somehow have read it or did atleast before know what it said...
"If you show whats in your fridge and wonīt close the door, things you keep there will detoriate..." Jay was showing of da Sandow in a very macho style at the pressconferance...result was there for everyone to see. The bicpes detoriated into mush with a peak. Re-read your bible again Jay.
