No. Flex probably wouldn't have played the size game.

The nerve damage was to much. He started looking lopsided. If he could of fixed the injuries maybe.

because jay knows he's better than phil (or was better) but deep down he knows that dexter is 10 times the bodybuilder he ever was, is, and will be

dexter jackson is unmatched on the olympia stage in recent years (well of course ronnie coleman, but he was a class of his own)

Flex would have won, and then you'd see a downsizing of the competitors---so that they would compete with a more toned down look...

If Flex had kept his 1993 form, he would have been something special on the Olympia stage.

But like most others, he tried to copy Yates on size never realising that it was Yates' proportion and conditioning that made his size worthwhile.

If Wheeler had played to HIS strengths and come in shredded, he would have followed in the footsteps of Zane and eventually change the way the judges looked at the physiques on stage.

Levrone was too up and down with his physique, always changing how he looked. Shawn Ray was the only guy who maintained a consistent alternative to Yates. He deserves credit for not screwing up his physique.

Cutler would never have won 12 Sandows if Ronnie had never existed.
