when you hook the tape into that keeps it oval, you lose about 3/4 of a inch. i have one of those tape measures. regardless he has a big arm. very good arm

plus the tape read 20.6 so with what you said and them rounding up,... well thats a full inch, but a ligit 20 for a 202 is f-en impressive

why you say its impresive? ,, he is biggest drug abuser the cult has ,, no higher abuser than him ,,he is how tall 5'6 ? usualy 5'10 190lb 6% with average abuse of hormone will have 18-19 inch arm PUMPED ,, his arm is pumped ,,
so if 5'10 200lb6% average abuser has 18.5 inch arm pumped,, then 5'6 210lb severe abuser ...will have about20 inch arms pumped ,,and this is what he has,, he has 20 inch arms not 21 this is 20 inch and pumped,, no pump he will mesure 19.5 as in waking up with no eating 8 hour and sugar level low and flat he is 19.5 inches and this is severe drug abuser ,, resally nothing to write home about shape or size for the doses and compounds used

what you mostlyu see thee in the arm of his is hgh and insulina size,, it is really hgh size the water that is being pushed into the muscle ,, take hgh out for couple months ...take aas out for 6 months and you he is 17 inch which is good but it would demontrate how much of instability this fake size is ,, notice the arm the size is the pump not the actual muscle,, it is pump size ,, notice closely the size is not fibericious muscle it is water pump size,,big diff
this is about 18-19 inch arm if aas used only and he is big big abuser

Hey gh15 i know u dislike jose raymond because he is a severe drug abuser, but whats wrong with that?? If hes able to handle the ammount he does and he continues to progress I dont see what the problem is. Is it just because he would be nothig without them? Unlike someone like coleman who had muscle and good foundation before he started abusing drugs?

Jose can't progress, his structure won't allow it. He can only get bigger, and the bigger he gets the worse he looks.

21" Arms is huge and on a guy Jose's size it must look even more impressive. However, you have guys on this boarding with bigger arms than him... Hell, mine are a little over 19" on a cold flex... I am 5'10" though!

21" Arms is huge and on a guy Jose's size it must look even more impressive. However, you have guys on this boarding with bigger arms than him... Hell, mine are a little over 19" on a cold flex... I am 5'10" though!
He's really bizarre looking in person. Everything is bigger but it's like he took his 170lb version of himself and magnified it at the same proportions to 220, then squashed it down. The result is a huge head, huge wrists, hands, fingers, ankles, everything. He looks legitimately like a dwarf from Lord of the Rings.

He is 5'4" ~ this is what I thought was *impressive*
I know he is boat-loaded and bursting at the seams with exogenous dope...
I wish I could have arms that size (and cut) without the levels of dope. Too bad, so sad.

Now I don't feel so bad. My bodyfat is 10% and I am 5'6" and my arms are 17" cold. Oh yeah, the most important part: I'm not on anything.
I've been clean long enough now that anything (probably even Creatine) will make me blow up... that, and eating again.
