Sadly, the "belt all the time" trend is growing.
There's a guy at my gym who wears his belt every time. No matter what he's working out... Even on the treadmill! He also counts loudly and grunts between reps. Last two reps, he almost screams really. Then he drops the weights. If it wasn't so damn distracting, it'd be funny.

that's ridiculous,if he were a pro u have no choice but to bear witness to it,but that sounds funny, there are 2 where i train who fit that description.why not where a belt but pull your shirt over it ,know one see's it?i guess seeing everlast over a tucked in sweatshirt is still cool.

Big Ach has a personalized lifting belt that says "BIG ACH" on it but he rules.

I always wear a lifting belt and Harbinger lifting gloves with the gel padded grip. Leaves my hands nice and soft to give my lady friends a nice rub down.

To be fair although the form was a bit shit I don't think I could beat 40 reps with 95lbs.
-
James reps were much harder reps then the guy who did 40. That James guy actually used his biceps were the other guy barely used his bis at all. FAIL

I have to thank these kids for giving me an honorable mention at the 3:20 mark.
That being said, anyone else think there is barely a challenge to curling that?

I remember doing 20 fairly strict a few years ago. It was hard but not to failure. I probably couldn't beat the dude who did 40 even at my peak, but then, curling was never really my strong suit.
