Basic hrt protocol. 150-200 mg test weekly. 3 Iu GH daily. Vitamin b12 injections. Megadose vitamin D (2000mg daily). Black people don't produce as much Vitamin D from sunlight because of the melanin pigment in their skin)
Finasteride (combat hair loss).
Acetyl L-Carnitine (500mg daily) Promotes healthy metabolism
Fenugreek 500mg (regulates glucose levels)
CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid) 1000mg (nutrient partitioning effects)
