I know it's not oiled men thongs but it just shows the comparison on how athletes are defined when it comes to training, so the next time someone calls bodybuilders "athletes" refer to this video.

You re into lesbians now?

Miss Football???
WTF?

Very decent training, the squats and one armed benching was very impressive. It's nice to see strength coaching that is more performanced based, rather than just cutting corners to get bigger numbers reported.

what's the world coming to?
football players with good technique in the o lifts?
;D
whoever is doing the coaching there is doing a great job

Loved that video coach!
But I still think bodybuilders are athletes too!
Bodybuilding is a sport of form (sort of like Gymnastics or.... don't laugh.... figure skating)

But in gymnastics and figure skating you have to do movements that are VERY difficult.....and sorry, but pop locking and dancing to an RnB tune doesn't quite measure up.

In order for something to be a sport, During the actual competition there must be an activity that is performance based. On the stage of a bbing show there is none. Your arguement along with Chick's is that the "Posing" is performance! But no strength or athletic skill is required to pose. Waiting for the compulsory "Its SOO hard to pose under those hot stage lights" ::)

On another note, watching this video reminded me of how much back in High School, on somedays football practice REALLY Sucked! Felt like we were being pushed to the very edge!
I puked my freshman year on the first day of pre-season, swore I would never start pre-season out of shape again! And always came in shape the next 3 years!
Good times back then!
