It is thing which they call a diet, like the "r Atkins diet" which is based on the fact that without carbohydrates, your body burns fat for energy. While dieting you eat only fat, fibers and protein, so "you turn fat to the muscles". I know that there was many words unfamiliar to you, like "diet", "fibers", and "protein", but you can find them from the dictionary, you fat ass fool.

But i find it amazing when people tell me about their "healthy" lifestyle and their diet consists mainly of carbs and saturated fatty acids....
