So, I was thinking to further reduce the protein servings.. I had 6, reduced them to 5, now im thinking to go 4.
And add carbs to one meal to balance the loss of cals.
Does it make any sense?

Anyway, not that I eat structured day in and day out but this is my generall plan I folloe most of the days

Yeah bro looks fine to me. What are the portion sizes gonna be like for the 4 meals and what is your weight? ive seen your pics so i know you're lean already

It has always been like 40-50grms prot and 60 carbs in each meal.

I've been looking into something similar to cut down food costs. One thing you should keep in mind is that you can make incomplete proteins complete if you combine them. I never used to count protein from rice,pasta,bread,etc. before but maybe its something I can finally do if I combine them appropriately.
