Why would he ask his cycle when this guy is probably 275 lbs plus. He the same size as Kai so they're probably on the same shit. Dude went from teen nationals to disappearing to putting the beats on grown ass men at junior nationals. Story sounds a lot like Kuclo when they both know what they wanted and get a headstart over other people honestly. You want to do well at an early age you start early. ;)

kai is an interesting dude,training philosophy is unique,really get's into mechanics not just the push,pull,throw all the weight no form b.s,the other guy is a tank.

genetics and drugs are a much bigger part...Tom Platz never had to do the 'dutty wine' to get his hamstrings...

yeah, i think kai definitely over-thinks it.
the way i see it as long as you're hitting the targeted muscle group with enough stimulation, boat load of hormones, and food to feed an army you're gonna get huge.

Nick Trigili seemed nice enough when I spoke with him before the Atlantic States. Lot of potential, but when I look at guys like that who arent far far off from where I am, its tough to be a "fan."
A friend of mine who will son be a top national competitor ran into Victor Munoz (Victor Martinez current trainer) and he said to him "Why rush to become pro? Once you're pro, all those guys you look up to like Kai and Victor become your competition!" This stuck with me and although why sit around and wait to turn pro, you do need to think about who you competition is now and what your competition will be at the next level.

the one thing i've never seen GH15 really speak on is the ability to sleep at will on top of the rest. i made incredible natty gains by only working, lifting and sleeping. tried to make it where I had 10-12 hours to just lay around.

i posted saying "i need to know why you're wearing a mask." and he deleted it. i didn't understand the reasoning there. why can't he just address why he still comes out partially costumed?? ???

i tried the stiff legged deads using the tips Kai stated in the video, where you dig your feet to the floor and force your feet/legs out as if your spreading your asshole open........ god damn that was a tremendous stretch on the ham strings
