Title: Gh15 is such thing as "safe" doses of diuretics?

Diuretics are pretty safe its usually the first line of treatment we give to hypertension patients with little to no ill effects even after years if use. When u abuse the shit out of them though things can go down hill fast due to potential electrolyte imbalances and dehydration that will occur at high doses. Dehydration is extremely dangerous on your nephrons and is what usually takes bodybuilders out. Stick to thiazide class diuretic and leave lasix or bumex alone.

Thiazides are too weak to have any effect in bodybuilding terms....

what are u talking about? Thiazides are frequently used. What do u think dyazide is?
