Why it would ?

It just uses more fat for energy when consuming less carbs.

Yes you can get different different results with different balances between proteins/carbs/fats even if you maintain the same total caloric input in every case. Yes I know this because of experience and no I havent see anyone explain right the theory behind this.

There is a book by Dr. Greg Ellis, that changed my life and diet in the gym, that explains it. I'm not even going to bother with it here because all the GB'ers will just do what they usually do.

A calorie is a calorie and a protein is a protein. Therefore, instead of eating one chicken breast that has 25g of protein, just eat 30 doughnuts to get 25g of protein.

zyzz was all midsection. Seriously.

Look at those arms. Look fat, soft and flat.

My arms are covered in veins right now and im fat.
