Title: Describe the last time you prophesized the Gospel of GH15

one guy at the club was saying the bouncer is natural and that he's that big because he eats 7 times a day, the perfect meals meal timing proteins amino acids creatines and such

i said that's BALONIE, the only reason why bodybuilders claim to follow or actually follow these complicated diets is to divert attention away from hormones! wake up you can't be 6' and 230lbs lean and vascular pumped look all night at the door WAKE UP!!!!

they didnt believe me but i said, dont believe me, follow a ridiculous diet and supplement regime for 2 years and realize it's not doing shit, then it will all make sense

then today some bros started talking about supplements and I said supplements are all balonie lol flinstron vitamin lol GH15 SAID..........

another blow to the supplement industry of microscopic proportions, but if we all work together ....
