I haven't followed this and am not really planning on it, but just curious what you guys think. You can get the grilled chicken patties they use in their salads or grilled sandwiches separate for only $2 each (maybe even less in the U.S.)
Meal one: 2 grilled chicken patties + small mcflurry
Meal two: 2 grilled chicken patties + small mcflurry
Meal three: 2 grilled chicken patties + small mcflurry
Meal four: 2 grilled chicken patties + small mcflurry
Meal five: 2 grilled chicken patties + small mcflurry
Okay, maybe a few of those five meals you can swap the mcflurry for their fiber muffin so that you get some fiber in the diet. Each of those meals is about 45 grams of protein and 600 calories, so approx. 225 protein & 3000 calories. Fair bit of sugar but it's spread out evenly.

More so curious on the thoughts regarding a "calorie vs calorie" type diet if protein is kept high, which is basically what the above is.

Lol.. When I was living at home my parents restraunt was literally across the street. I would walk over there for lunch have a couple tuna fish sandwiches some curly fries and some soft vanilla ice cream. For dinner I would have homemade hearty chili my dad had on the menu or a couple of burgers. Everything was top notch quality the burger 90/10 lean. I ate like a king growing up!
