Is a protein just a protein? So, for example, instead of eating 1 piece of chicken that has 25g of protein, can I eat 20 snicker bars that equal 25g of protein? :o :o I mean, Im still getting protein?

you main source of prtien as bodybuild should be egg whites ,, then fish sushi preferbly ,, then all the rest chiken and beef
you need to make sure you have inside your body 1 or 2 of thsoe sources of protien on a daily basis ,, either eggwhite and fish or chieken and beef or fish and chiken or eggwhite and beef
you need to make sure protien is high ,, doesnt have to be super high just a good 200-400 gram a day for lean 200lb bodybuilder ,, somwhere around the 250-320 is good ,, you can have much more if you are on hgh and we do much more when we are on hgh,,
carbs should be HIGH HIGH HIGH HIGH HIGH ,, this thing with low carbs fuck you up all the time,, high carb then cycle coupel low carbs but mostly high carbs when on the hormones i mention ,, you need that carbs when on hgh and on trenbolona ,, when you body is fat burning machine when you want big muscle when you want to thicken up and seperate from within you need the fuckin carbs!

so when i say to you anything you want to it there is also moderation taken into account,, you can eat icecream every day yes....but if you do it dont fuckin go at 2 am right after the icecream into denis for a coffee and desert cake

Sure, you can eat your Snickers and get the 25g of protein you would get from the chicken breast. But unlike the chicken breast, you will have loads of carbs and much more fat in addition to those grams of protein.
It's not just calories, but also the ratio of calories as well.

eggwhite are important because body like it ,, it is most digestable you can drink it pasturized and it will all go into where it need to be 80-90% of it will be absorbed by body and utilized,, body like it ...its light on the body ,, it is very fast way to get protien ,, very efficient and effective,, it fills you up well for the time you need until next meal,, its not heavy ,, its just superb source of protien

red meat ,, lean red meat is a way to do it yes,, but ask matarazza is he recomend it ,, go find him and ask him if he recomend lots of red meat with high doses of trenbolona and testosterona and anadrola ,, listen to his answer,, red meat is ok in moderation ,, shoudnt elminate it but in moderation

Gh15, the problem is I dislike all seafood, so I have to rely on red meat, eggs and chicken...not much of a variety for me :( :(

No, not the same. There are essential and non-essential amino acids. Gotta get the essentials from food. Doubt a snicker bar has the full complement of essential AAs.

I don't know if you can eat 20 snicker bars but if they contain protein, you will probably ingest that protein in the course of eating the snicker bars.

high biological value proteins come from animal sources....eggs, fish, chicken, etcetera etcetera..

all proteins have different amino acids profiles...thats why are all differents....in order to build tissue the protein must have optimal aminoacid profile... high biological proteins have them..

Yup, nutrition is not nearly as black and white as it's being made out here. That being said, I personally think all the arguments about the "best" bodybuilding are pretty worthless since dieting without steroids is an exercise in futility for all but the genetically elite (the guys who were probably already ripped before dieting). You can try all the crazy diets you want--brown rice and chicken, MacDonalds, etc.--and you're still gonna end up a twig if you do it naturally.

GH15 says over and over....we don't eat dry chicken and broccoli with 1/2 cup brown rice = flat physique, why......no carbs to turn into glucose to go into the muscle for fuel......you turn very little protein/fat into glucose...very hard process on body, that's why you are flat....high protein/fat diet = nothing to store in muscle = flat looking muscle. Sure you feel good for a while, physiological effect from loosing fat, due to that's all the body has to burn cause what you put in your mouth is not fuel, and of that shit you put in your mouth, the body can use very little. Why do you think they "crab up" right before a show?

Yes, you need some protein, very little in relation to carbs. As you become more active or gain more weight, your total calorie ( read carb,) requirement goes up, and protein requirement goes up to, but it does not go up more than carbs, it only goes up in relation to.
Protein plays a very small role, but just because it's role is small does not mean it is not very important. All those studies of high protein vs. low protein are vs. under carbed people/test subjects.......or might be paid for by the protein industries.....duh!
All the videos of the pro's eating their secret diet that is revealed to you on their DVD, and they act like no big deal.....Jay cutler eats 6 chicken breasts and 1 cup brown rice, or variation, 6 - 8 times a day......same as, "I use this protein powder/no2/creatine/blah blah" to get where I'm at today = lie. No or minimal steroids = lie, bland high protein diet = lie, lie lie lie. Get it?
Take a step back from tree and look at whole forest......each tree is a lie to make a forrest of bullshit! Gotta' start with a lot of common sense, add some GH15 and viola! Take some hormones, eat quality carbs and become the guy in the magazine or keep taking powders and eating protein.....on your way to frustrated small guy with cardiovascular/health problems.
Try high carb.....quality high carb ( even cleaner if you are a natural,) SEE the difference.

it is true that is not black and white....but we are discussing protein sources here....if you can isolate proteins from peanuts vs anoter protein that come from animal sources....what would be your choice?? you know its goin to be animal sources...right? because you know it has better amino acid profile....

1 gram per lb lean bodyweight... yeah, except maybe i add a tiny bit of healthy fats at times to aid in protein digestion/metabolism.. but only a little bit and only when i havent had any fats or carbs for a couple meals in a row.. like a teaspoon of olive oil..
i look and feel much much better when eating "junk" food as compared to when i try to eat "clean". seems like the body just responds much better to the feeling of being overloaded with calories at times then deprived of them at other times rather than the slow and steady feed of "just enough" calories coming for "clean" sources. i dont think it ever feels "fed" when you eat that way.

1 gram per lb lean bodyweight... yeah, except maybe i add a tiny bit of healthy fats at times to aid in protein digestion/metabolism.. but only a little bit and only when i havent had any fats or carbs for a couple meals in a row.. like a teaspoon of olive oil..
i look and feel much much better when eating "junk" food as compared to when i try to eat "clean". seems like the body just responds much better to the feeling of being overloaded with calories at times then deprived of them at other times rather than the slow and steady feed of "just enough" calories coming for "clean" sources. i dont think it ever feels "fed" when you eat that way.

i would just go something like this
meal 1= 55 grams protein
meal 2=55 grams protein
meal 3=55 grams protein
meal 4=55 grams protein
and then whenever you feel like eating go ahead and choose whatever sounds the most appetizing to you at the moment and eat untill you feel full. youll never be hungry and youl always be completely satisfied.

even arnold had this shit figured out back in the 70's... he'd eat high protein and low carbs through the week when gettin ready for a show, then when he'd feel really flat he'd eat an entire cake and that's what he liked to eat to fill out. tom platz said he witnessed this on an airplane one time... he said arnold's arms looked smooth and then arnold takes out a carrot cake and eats the whole thing. after he was done eating it tom said arnolds arms looked like they were gonna explode and the veins looked like garden hoses.
this is seriously the way to go... chicken and broccoli lol ::)

Yes, you always said eat ice cream, another "guru diet coach" said this as well, to eat regular ice cream not the low fat kind, but he said it way after you said it....
Sushi-pizza-chinese food-bugers-bbq-panckaes do work, but like you said in moderation and depending what "supps" you take...only way to get swole...

Cake and junk = easy white sugar....just combined with lotsa fats. Like when your mommy said, be careful who you hang out with, little Jimmy down the street has some cool toys but at the end of the day, the little asshole can't help but get in serious trouble. Don't get dragged into it......
I think falconitis mentioned his penchant for juice with his rice....quick easy sugar ( carbs ) with his complex carbs. That's one way to do it.

see i dotn have reaces right now in the freezer,, i only have some old ben and jery that sit there for 6 month ,, and i just wont touch it ,, evrytime i eat that crap i feel like i drank a bottle of canola oil mixed with 4% milk ,, so i wont eat icecream nwo until i go to store and get the right one,, reaces penut butter from breyer is good trust me on that,, it is what you want,, there are more....but ben and jerrys not one of them
