His left lat has crept up under his rear delt and his right leg has no sweep left.... time to enjoy life and let it go.

looks great

You got to hand it to Jay. He still gives the schmoes their money's worth. I don't think I'd ever want to get off the stage and walk through the audience dressed like that and having strangers grabbing at me. Even after all these years he still seems maintain, or at least act like he has, enthusiasm for the sport.

He is in great shape.
Nice stage too..
-
doesnt look that bad, gotta give it to him he always seem humble and he can at least string a sentence together unlike most of the guys out there. just have a look at that zack kahn interview floating around he sounds retarded
-
Actualy he looks huge and good there.
Of course he is not shredded. But he looks really huge and full.
I prefer this look than his olympia version of this year.
-
amazing bodybuilder

Wow! Jay is looking HUGE, and lean. That's almost Olympia shape he is in there. Better size and fuller any really pretty lean.
Many guys look worse in these kind of amature filmed guest poses, but in this one he really come off looking impressive. Maybe a combination of him being in good shape, filling out a little post contest whilst still eating lean, and good lighting.
If you were in the audiance you would have to be impressed at the size and condition he brought for a guest pose.

phil beat him at his "almost best" in 2010, just finished him off this yr, also beat kai at the arnold in 2010.
phil is no ronnie coleman but he is the best now, and should be the next 5 or 6 yrs.

You're a fool. Hands down, Jay already beat Phil a week after the Olympia again at the Sheru classics (but of course they give all the post-Olympia shows to the reigning title-holder).
Jay has to be way off and Phil a 100 % to beat him, like it was the case at the Olympia. A 90 % Jay still beats a 100 % Phil, just crushing him with sheer size and width.
