I'm 10 days out from vacation, any tips on helping get rid of some excess fat/water, lots of competitors on board that know little tricks of the trade, like certain foods to cut out or add to the diet, water (distilled?) I'm almost there, need a little help here guys!

Gotta say that I somewhat agree with GH-15 for Go4It to "go for it" and also with DS cause he said a smart thing... but this one time I gotta disagree with Che who is usually supportive in such things as this.
But the following may be of help if CHE decides to jump in and elaborate cause I forget what the shit that pill is that I'm presently trying to recommend.....
But back in the days of Arnold and Dave and a shitload of others whom you've never met, there was a little pill that made you piss a lot.
And it was used by athletes throughout the USA (and possibly even CHE) to get ripped up overnight or to simply lose body-weight to make a preferred weight class.
AND IT WORKED~ And most likely still does.
Now most of the time I ain't no "dunmb-ass" but .... right now I am .... so I forget the name of that little pill that made you piss a lot and was so commonly used back then to get ripped to the max and lose the few pounds you needed to get into a preferred weight class.
Keep on reading here, GO, and CHE or someone presently smarter that myself (if that is humanly possible) will clarify this matter and then you can follow through and be ripped to the max beyond your wildest imagination.
But even then ... I think you got the potential to jump on the GH15 bandwagon and go for it.

I know you've "been there, done that" and can recall the days when you might have asked similar questions, so it kind of surprises me when you show some form of hostility to anyone who hasn't 'been there' yet.
And I think that you being the fighter and short term bodybuilder that you were ... and still are in your heart ... would agree with me that those of us who have the potential to be somewhat better than we find ourselves at present (mentally, physically, or morally) should most definitely strive to fulfill that God-given potential as best as humanly possible with the help of those who have been there and done it already ... regardless of those who have never had the opportunity to get there... have to say about the matter.
Or something like that.
May I also say that there are many 1,000 of young kids who look up to guys like yourself who were successful as fighters and muscle-heads and sort of depend on you and others such as yourself for guidance in matters which may no longer seem important to you, but are life making decisions on those who look to you for guidance.

I guess if you trying to get a little more ripped in 10 days best thing to do is eat mostly fish chicken here and there and steak every 2 days or so. with the fish chix or steak have either rice, whole wheat ezikeal bread with broccoli or asparigus ever meal. Should help.

Haha...wow, where to start...I honestly started this thread trying to get some advices, seeing that theres some guys that have been in this game a long time and have tons of knowledge about how to get in to condition, some people that come to mind are Coach, Wes, Kyomu, T-Bombz, MattT, KevinP, Big Ach LeafyBug...and tons more. The reason why I like GetBig was that this place was real, I came here to learn more about training, nutrition, and this sport, without being bombarded with information from people trying to sell me their latest products. I haven't been on this board much since I started working in Hawaii, but from what I remember this place was a good time, yeah there would be meltdowns and flaming and topics about various subjects, but the majority of things talked about were bodybuilding or training related. I'm honestly not out to get any approval or attention by starting this thread, I started training to transform my physique and do the most a can naturally with it. Which was all I was trying to display here (my current condition). I got nothing against anybody who decided to jump on hormones to persue a career in bodybuilding and fitness, but to jump on hormones to look good in a regualar day to day setting to me is ridiculous. So people suggesting for me to jump on Gh and Tren or whatever is hilarious, I'm going on vacation and just looking to sharpen up a bit, any type of information is much appreciated.

I know I can easily improve a lot more in a 10 day period, guys who have competed before know tons of little things to do to shred up before a show, I've seen Gaspari cutting out wheat (gluten) from his diet, Cutler eating asparugus because it's a natural diaretic, guys drinking distilled water...and so on, I really don't know anything about this type of manipulation to dry out, so I was looking for suggestions, theres people onboard here that know this game, I'm looking for some information..

Haha...wow, where to start...I honestly started this thread trying to get some advices, seeing that theres some guys that have been in this game a long time and have tons of knowledge about how to get in to condition, some people that come to mind are Coach, Wes, Kyomu, T-Bombz, MattT, KevinP, Big Ach LeafyBug...and tons more. The reason why I like GetBig was that this place was real, I came here to learn more about training, nutrition, and this sport, without being bombarded with information from people trying to sell me their latest products. I haven't been on this board much since I started working in Hawaii, but from what I remember this place was a good time, yeah there would be meltdowns and flaming and topics about various subjects, but the majority of things talked about were bodybuilding or training related. I'm honestly not out to get any approval or attention by starting this thread, I started training to transform my physique and do the most a can naturally with it. Which was all I was trying to display here (my current condition). I got nothing against anybody who decided to jump on hormones to persue a career in bodybuilding and fitness, but to jump on hormones to look good in a regualar day to day setting to me is ridiculous. So people suggesting for me to jump on Gh and Tren or whatever is hilarious, I'm going on vacation and just looking to sharpen up a bit, any type of information is much appreciated.

Regarding the first statement, getting on juice in a temporary look that only lasts as long as you are on it, I know tons of guys who look good for a few months, then look like shit for a few months...whats the point?? Atleast a girl with fake boobs will always have them, it won't be like she will have huge tits for a little while then they'll be smaller in a few months..
And regarding your second post, I actually do have a whole 7 weeks to eat, sleep, and train, I'm on vacation, which is why I can focus on doing everything I can to get into the best shape I can in this period, for the last seven months, I ate literally like shit and drank atleast 4 days a week, don't get me wrong, I still train everyday and maintained to stay in good shape, but I'm looking to get in peak condition just for myself. These guys are just gym rats, I can understand if you have aspirations of becoming a bodybuilder, or plan on having some type of occupation that requires you to be in top shape, but if you a just a normal guy who loves to train and look athletic, I think this is rediculous.

thats correct,, one you got on hormones you remain on it forever,, unels you quit bodybuild and dont care anymore,, and a serious bodybuilder always look good,, he may look better and worse but they always look good if they have hormones in blood,, no one can look amazing every second of every day ,, its hard,,
ffellas complain to me they cant maintain same condition as before and they are on same products,,then i ask them how much your body fat was,, they say 6% 210lb ,, ofcourse you cant maintain exact same condition all the time when you are 6% 210,, this is super hard to do ,, so you take it up to 9% then get it down to 6% again ,, you need to know hwo to play with your body when on hormones to not get it into shock of too much stress ,,

It is interesting the way some people, probably suffering some feelings of inferiority or lacking in self-confidence, grow inflated egos and arrogant attitudes along with some muscle. It is all the more pathetic if these changes come as a result of using AS. It must be like riding on some hellish, psychological and physical roller coaster. What goes up, must come down....as they say.
For a moment when I was thirty years old, weighing 225 lbs. and acting all tough guy toward a veritable stranger scaring him so bad that he ran away, I though WOW! For a moment I was no longer that skinny twink sixteen year-old kid in my head. Then I realized that despite the effect I'd just had on this fellow, I was actually the same relatively easygoing fellow I had always been and I laughed at myself.
Contrary to what some folks think, muscles don't make you tough. They don't even make you extraordinary, except perhaps to a very select group of folks who are into bodybuilding. To the rest of the world you probably just look like another freak who hangs out at a gym for hours on end pumping up their body and their ego in the mirror.
This is what I've learned, be honest and be yourself no matter how big you get and you'll more than likely be a happy and contented person too.

Pick up some Dandelion root from a durg/Vitamin store, good natural diuretic

It is interesting the way some people, probably suffering some feelings of inferiority or lacking in self-confidence, grow inflated egos and arrogant attitudes along with some muscle. It is all the more pathetic if these changes come as a result of using AS. It must be like riding on some hellish, psychological and physical roller coaster. What goes up, must come down....as they say.
For a moment when I was thirty years old, weighing 225 lbs. and acting all tough guy toward a veritable stranger scaring him so bad that he ran away, I though WOW! For a moment I was no longer that skinny twink sixteen year-old kid in my head. Then I realized that despite the effect I'd just had on this fellow, I was actually the same relatively easygoing fellow I had always been and I laughed at myself.

This is so true. The non-bodybuilding community could give two shits. Sure, if we are talking about obesity, these folks who are indeed classified as "obese" would love to be *in shape* ~ but their idea of being in shape carries a completely different perception.
Being honest with one's self is no easy task. I would assume that most folks absolutely are NOT even close to be honest with themselves... about anything.
They can look in a mirror, watch a vid of themselves, or listen to a recording of themselves speaking, and they still do not perceive correctly.
