I'm more and more interested in MMA, but I have a question ; I've read that the more water weight you carry the slower you are.
Then, why sometimes we see some 12% bf guys and why the diuretic use is not rampant ?

Water weight is good it stops brain damage. It has fuck all to do with speed.

Diuretics fuck you right up, destroy your indurance, anyhow 12 percent is pretty low, you can't get much below 7-8 and still be a real athlete.

Some of these guy look well under 10 when they get on the scale for the weigh in very sucked out though.
