When I started lifting my arms were sitting at 14"...fast forward better part of a year and I'm at 15"...my forearms and biceps are stuck but my pecks and back are blowin up...I don't get it...I kinda look funny with a ripped chest and tiny arms
Should I not work back and pecks and do only arm exercises? I don't understand why I am not gaining on arm workouts...or size...
Here is my pic ,please help, I'm going on vacation next week I need bigger guns,thank you.

I'm not attention whoring I'm just asking for help in G&O board
I've been lifting natural for a couple of years properly now and on and off for 10 years plus before that!
My strength has come on well in that time but no matter what I can't seem to get my arms over 17"
Any advice would be greatfully received

despite that i was needing some help. i want to look good for a visit to my grandmas next month.
anybody know any good exercises for tibialis?

No seriously man don't laugh.
My arms have been stuck at 18inches for about a year. Some people might think thats a good size. I think for my size my arms should at least be 19-20inches. I think one of my problems is that i have long arm muscles. Not short compact, which i would want, but i don't, i have to work with what i got. I'm thinking about doing site injections to see if that will help. Before that , does anyone have good advice?

what you need is broccoli and asparagus in your diet, also some dried tiger penis once every 3 full moons, go to the gym naked this day at midnight, drink half a gallon of some fitness chick's piss with the dried tiger penis in it, this will help.
No need to go on steroids, your physique is easily available for everyone with Jamaican food and spider curls.

youre definitely overtraining...add 2 more scoops of creatine to your post workout shake

-15", 17" and 18" your arms grow an inch or two with each post you make today. I'd say just keep posting and they'll be huge in no time at all. No need to life the weights or do steroids, all you need to do is post more.
