Been a lot going on in my life, lost my little brother last year (Egocrusher) he used to post here as well. He was very opioniated I am sure as you guys can search some of his post...we always enjoyed posting on here and having fun with you guys... He was killed last year in a tragic car accident after he wrecked one of 2 cars his 2000 Viper RT-10. The wreck actually DIDNT kill him, he was uninjured and somebody came over the accident and hit him going about 70mph..NOt going into detail about the wreck since we are still awaiting a court date with said driver of other car....This WHOLE ordeal and having to relive it has almost crushed my ass emotionally. :'(
Fast forward to this year and I just found out my soon to be X-wife (final in 3 weeks) was seeing her former boss at work...so needless to say I am on my own now and enjoying the single life. Been offstage for 3 seasons and my last time I won the Overall at the show I did as a middleweight.
Just started SERIOUS training again (eating clean, lifting consistently, resting, tanning, supps, etc..)
Took a couple of SLOPPY pics today at a weight of 206. I am 5'9" my waist is right at 31" right now...I will try to post some better ones soon...
My legs have always been my strong point and I dont really honestly train them but about once a month (well quads, i do hams every week) they grow doing the stepmill ;D
Anyways let the FLAMES begin as you guys are the best...

People say you shouldn't blame the guy when your wife cheats. I don't think I could ignore that situation. I'd put a ski mask on and he'd get beat down late night while going into his house while no one was around.

KNOXVILLE - A 32-year-old Knoxville man who was struck and killed by a vehicle Wednesday morning on Pellissippi Parkway was one of the jurors who decided the fate of the ringleader in the 2007 slayings of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.
Daniel Lynn Akers served on the jury that convicted Lemaricus Davidson last October for the rape and murder of Christian, 21, and Newsom, 23, according to Knox County Criminal Court Judge Richard Baumgartner, who presided over the trial.
The crime began as a carjacking; Christian and Newsom were kidnapped and taken to a house on Chipman Street. Both of them were raped and then killed by their attackers.
The jury imposed the death penalty on Davidson, who was portrayed by authorities as the ringleader.
The names of the jurors in the case remain sealed by court order, but Baumgartner today confirmed that Akers sat on the panel.
Akers was on his cell phone waiting for his father to come to the phone when he was struck at 2:01 a.m., according to the Alcoa Police Department.
Akers had been eastbound on Pellissippi Parkway when the 2000 Dodge Viper he was driving left the road and struck the concrete median barrier just west of the Topside Road interchange, police said. Akers, who was not seriously injured, got out of the car and called his stepmother about the crash.
At the same time, Kenneth W. Truss, 28, of Wheeler Road in Louisville was eastbound on the parkway in a 2007 Ford Mustang, police said. Truss told police he swerved to avoid Akers' crash at the same time Akers "stumbled into the road into his path of travel" and was killed, police said in a press release.
No charges have been filed. The investigation is continuing.
Akers graduated from Alcoa High School in 1995 and attended Maryville College and Walters State Community College on baseball scholarships. He later graduated from the University of Tennessee with a degree in communications.
He worked at Clayton Homes as a salesman.
His funeral service is set for tonight, and burial will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Woodlawn Cemetery, 4500 Woodlawn Pike in Knoxville.
His family has requested that memorials be made to Knox Area Rescue Ministries, P.O. Box 3310, Knoxville, Tenn., 37917.

GodSpeed Adam and GodSpeed to Dan as well. Back in '06-'07 we used to have a good laugh on here at the expense of the dellusionites and spoke a couple of times. I was really sad when I heard the news last year. He was driven and a great individual.

TA thank you man, even though its hard to read that and the damn Knoxville News SENLESS screwed up the story, Dan never spoke to my MOM, she passed away in 06 to cancer, it was my STEPMOTHER, those pieces of shit called my older brother and me the DAY AFTER THE WRECK wanting interviews when they found out Dan was on the jury. I gladly told them if they called me again I WOULD KILL THEM, literall hunt the bastard down that called me and KILL HIM..... Dan was ASKED to be the foreman he told me because they other jurors found him to be a very outspoken speaker (his BS was in Broadcasting and Communications) but he said "jason I just can't do it man", no way I could have kept my mouth shut" He DID NOT tell me or anyone in our family about ANYTHING in the case, he took it to his grave. He just said "you don't know what we had to look at man, 5 sec stills of the entire scene of the bodies being removed from the trash cans" He did tell me he threw up at lunch that day they had to look at all that....
I am proud to know my brother put that Davidson PIECE OF SHIT to death....

I 100% agree...this was the biggest murder case in the state the last 20 years, it got national attention on the west coast because of the brutality. I did get to meet ALL the jurors and the families of Channon and Chris...they came to Dan's funeral....lets just say there wasnt a dry eye in the house that night. Those families have been through hell and they helped our family to no end.

Being knowledgeable about this forum you open yourself up to a lot of criticism, sarcasm, anger and animosity. The animosity can be generated towards others because of one's low self-esteem, and the ability to say things to people with complete anonymity.
It's like a mellow dude getting in his car and then road-raging sometimes. It really makes no logical sense.
People can say things here without ever having to face the consequences.
When you make a serious thread on this board, you may get some genuinely serious and sympathetic folks who actually care about your situation, but in reality, most of the replies made here are for one reason: To get a reaction out of you. If you don't reply to them specifically, what have they accomplished?

The second I read your post I almost started cringing in anticipation of the hate laden garbage that would ensue. Things have a way of working themselves out though. It sucks that more often the saying "when it rains, it pours" is true.
You sound like you will be a survivor.
Life goes on. Don't pay attention to the replies only made to garner attention, although I must say, I can't believe that one person in particular chose to go out of his way to air the dirty laundry. I have no idea what purpose that served except my afore-mentioned.
