Title: How Much of Government Actually Works Right?

What's your guestimate?


I'll put it at 75%.

People generally have clean water, sewers to carry shit away, steady supply of electricity, etc.

Don't have to bribe most public officials, solid military, roads, bridges, etc.

I'm thinking the other 25% overshadows the 75%.
