Does that mean Romney will probably win re-election?  Perry got mroe money in Q3, but he's fallen off the map since.  Mitt's been a steady machine.  Cain might be polling higher, but without that money, nobody gets out and votes.

Obama will have how much $ this time?  A billion dollars?  He's got how many hundreds of millions in his war chest already? 300 mil?  Romney better catch up.

it's completely possible that obama eeks out more money than romney.  If he already has a 300 million headstart... and repubs aren't exactly enthusiastic about Romney... 75% of them dislike him greatly, right?  He gets the tea party vote that is split among everyone else.

and if obama has more money than romney, there's a 94% chance he wins.
