just alternate days. drink MASSIVE amounts of water because the chocolate will leave you dehydrated even into the second day. training will be EVERYDAY but never do chocolate two days in a row, its ok if you must by try not to because your adrenals need a day off of it to re-power-up
Make your tomato sandwiches with TOASTED wheat bread. makes shure its TOASTED or it will taste terrible. The toast SIMUMLATES a baconish flavor trust me, perhaps some added spices would make it more virtual reality for you. But i always use maynase and salt and pepper on it. ill eat maybe 20 sandwiches they go down easy and they dont weigh you down, it is PUUUUREE HEALTH sandwich TRUST ME. drink tons of water DONT FORGET bread is dehydrating to so drink that water. on chocolate days eat a ton of nutella, chocolate drinks, kit kats ect ect

of course eat healthy things everyday like lima beans but adhere to the rules above for maximum gayness , this is not a troll post but one in wich to help you reach the next level when you turn 40 or 50

Ah, maybe eat 1 tomato sandwich with salt and pepper and the rest with pepper.
The sodium will eff you up in the long run. I used to tomato sandwiches during the summer.

Had my choco day today and I feel quite sick, no idea how the folks who eat sweets on a regular basis pull it off.
