In my opinion for size it's the arms, as for giving the illusion of being tough traps give a better illusion.
Whats your opinion ?

Neck, traps, shoulders, forearms, upper arms, back. That's my order.

Delts and traps, as well as chest and back for thickness from the side. But at first glance delts and traps.

Glutes....striated and shaven

Definetly back, traps and delts. they are the tell tale signs of someone who's into some kind of rigorous exercise or hard labour. I always notice alot of polish builders in England who have very wide backs and shoulders. Forearms aswell can be a good indicator of strength. You just can't hide those things in clothes like you can with chest, legs etc.
