Ok im uptaking my calorie intake a day so that i can FINALLY start gaining some qaulity mass. How many calories should a natti take for optimum growth? I know about the protein/carb/fat amount per pound of BW and all that, Just wondering how many total calories would be good. Im thinking somewhere around 4000.....Is this to many? Or not enough? Thx for all the advice i appreciate it all. PLEASE give serious feedback.

3500 cals = 1 pound
Protein per gram- 4 calories
Carbs per gram = 4 calories
Fat per gram = 9 calories
You do the math!! ;)

3500 cals = 1 pound
Can you please elaborate on this? 3500 calories extra per week? 3500 calories in one day eating clean would be hard (for me) to do.
