Thats a lot of sets but it is all machines (which imo are a little easier on recovery)if it works it works I would guess you could get by without one of them movments. The chest isnt a very complex muscle group like back or quads. Im no expert though if I did that it would kill me I would be using puny weights hell by the middle of the second movement.

I start with incline flyes.....then move on to Hammer Strength decline......and finish with close grip smith machine press.

4 sets for the first two exercises and 3 sets for the final exercise.

I have used this workout for a few weeks now and really enjoy it!

Reps are usually 8-10.

i like starting off with flyes sometimes, then press movement followed and great pump by then.i do a flat dumbell press version beginning or end of workout as u press up to top of movement turn hand inward so palms face each other it's like a press'flye good squeeze at end.

I would LOVE to do this kind of routine again but since the back surgery my balance has been way off and considering that i would have to have my feet up on the bench because of the back this wouldn't exactlt work out to well for me lol, But hell man this looks good,

what movement? As i havent been hitting the dips lately because my tendinitus in my left elbow has been killing me lately so is that enough?

I never have the same workout on chest day as the week before, well as far as sets and reps. Usually I do:

5 x 5 flat barbell
4 x 8-10 incline dumbell
3 x 12-15 flat flye

Some days, I may do  3 x 3 on flat and more reps on incline...I guess it just depends on how I am feeling. For the most part, I try to accomplish what I posted above.

Been doing almost the same for ever. Always worked.

Incline BB press 3-4 sets
Smith flat bench 3-4 sets
Seated presses 3 sets
Seated cable crosses. 5 sets.
