It's based on mixing full reps with partial reps right? 1 1/4 reps etc?

It can probably be useful as a way to make the sets longer (increase 'acute' TUT)...

Ok, there are so many different training systems out there. It gets confusing lol.

Can you tell us more about the idea behind 'positions of flexion'?
