msnbc said initial reports were that an iraqi war vet took a rubber bullet to the head from police and is in critical but stable condition?

IMO, the CT in me says it's entirely possible that a liberal cali govt did this to motivate OWS marchers all over the country and let police depts nationwide realize this method makes them look like shit.
