Good shit right there! I've been doing those again these last few weeks!
I do really like the idea of throwing stretch movments in a workout even a low volume one. imo after compound lifts stretch movements are the best.

I love this exersice...in that particular angle...
theres a pic with Lee Haney doing this, sitting in the edge of the seat creating a great angle with an arch on his back.

you will believe anything if its in an article.
bb curls invoke no more peak contraction that conc curls, and incline db curls only "stretch" the bicep in its downmost position- even then it isnt the bicep thats being stretched!!...
each one of those exercises move through the point of maximum moment- maximum load- for the biceps. Thats the only position that tests the bicep muscle. in fact you dont even need to go to full contraction or extension in order to build the muscle.
other than fascial stretching- which is still debatable, your routine offers nothing over any other one, except your mind set which believes that it will work better than something else.
if they are toast, then its cause u worked harder, or changed from your usual routine.

Just make sure you have a heavy dumbel placed behind the bench so it doesnt go backwards from all that pressure and you might fall.
