Title: Quick workout suggestions! less than an hour.

I have only delts, traps, bis and tris left to do. due to some stuff I skipped workout and im going to mix them up.

what would you do

I was thinking of doing my typical delt/trap workout and throw in a superset bis/tris in the end for 3-4 sets and go home.

actually that it is what i do. i try to get done with everything in an hour...besides legs
try some supersets. that kills my delts. military ss with front raise. db lateral ss with some machine laterals until you can't raise your arms

i usually only do hs preacher and some db curls for biceps
pushdowns for triceps and i am done

Actually with the "less than an hour" thing I mean im going to the gym in less than an hour and cant decide how can I mix them up.  ;D

GVT 10x10 military, followed by 10x10 upright row. 60%1rm, 1 minute between sets. No direct arm.

My advice - go to the gym have an all you can eat hormona buffet. Sit on a bench and call everyone that passes a twink.
